About me

Hi, I’m Romit, a UX Designer and Researcher with a deep passion for creating meaningful, human-centred experiences. With a background in architecture, I’ve always been fascinated by the ways people interact with the spaces, products, and systems around them. This curiosity led me to UX design, where I combine spatial awareness, problem-solving, and empathy to craft intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

My journey into UX is rooted in the belief that good design should feel effortless—a seamless extension of human needs and behaviours. Whether it’s simplifying a complex user journey, conducting research to uncover real human pain points, or designing interfaces that feel natural and engaging, I thrive on understanding people and solving problems that truly matter.

During my Master of Arts in User Experience Design at the University of Arts London (2023), I refined my ability to merge design thinking, research methodologies, and technology to build experiences that not only function well but also resonate emotionally.

I’m especially drawn to the intersection of technology and humanity—where design has the power to enhance lives, foster inclusivity, and create positive change. My goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of experience design, crafting solutions that are not just innovative but also intuitive, ethical, and deeply human.
